Rosie is a leading voice in gender equity and violence prevention, with over three decades of senior level experience in policy, advocacy, and systemic reform. She has dedicated her career to supporting survivors and strengthening the systems designed to protect them. Rosie is deeply committed to advancing justice and creating safer communities nationally and globally. She has worked both as a National Policy Director for national coalitions, as well as the White House Senior Advisor on Gender-based Violence and the Director of the Department of Justice's Office of Prevention of Violence Against Women.
